Building Knowledge Project

This project evaluates a new program and approach for achieving positive health outcomes for children with Down syndrome and their families across Victoria.

Down Syndrome Victoria is partnering with Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) to demonstrate an approach for achieving positive health outcomes for children with Down syndrome and their families across Victoria by piloting the delivery of a specific Down syndrome clinic and family healthcare tool, co-designed with paediatricians, families and people with Down syndrome. The pilot will then be upscaled across Victoria. This project evaluates the approach and offers recommendations for scaling the pilot.
